• Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must have been purchased directly from Paris Connection Perfumes. Due to the nature of our fragrances and products, only unopened and unused items will be accepted for returns. If the product has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition as received, it will not qualify for a return or exchange.

  • Return Period

Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email. Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email. Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions, including the return address.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.

  • Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us.
  • Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales on these items are final.
